EVENT PRICING VARIES, STARTING AT $1400 AS THE MINIMUM. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, FILL OUT THIS FORM AND A COORDINATOR WILL GIVE YOU A CUSTOM QUOTE:

EVENTS: 

● We have a 4 hour minimum for any event

● There is a $500 deposit required to
book the space

BUILDING SPECIFICS:

● 6,500 ft2 Showroom Floor 

● 2,000 ft2 Window Space 

● 16 Regular and 2 ADA Parking Spots, you can fit up to 50 cars in the lot with a parking attendant

● 4,000 ft2 Parking black top 

● 6,000 ft2 backyard space with 2 greenhouses, small stage and plenty of seating / shade

We want everyone to have an amazing experience here at The Ever Wonder. Our goal is every event at our building be fun and memorable and most of all, safe.

TO ENSURE THAT, WE HAVE SOME RULES:

● NO SMOKING INSIDE the building or 

within 20 feet of the doors. 

● Insurance is required and is the responsibility of the renter. A Certificate of Insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 must be provided at least 1 week in advance of your event.

● Any event going after 8 pm must have security staffing on site. We will provide 2 security guards for any event with over 100 people, and 1 security guard if under 100 people.

● Maximum capacity is 350 people.

 

● We provide recycling and garbage containers, dumpsters and bags. 

 

DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT IN THE EVENT OF:

● Breakage or theft of decor or furniture 

 

● Smoking damage (including smell) to decor and furniture 

PLEASE NOTE:

● If you have a food vendor bringing oil to cook with, they must remove it from property. No dumping oil anywhere on site. 

 

● Your deposit will be returned if there is no damage to the event space.

● Our facility offers a non-profit bar that sells beer and wine. Options will be outlined in your quote.

 

● You must stop serving alcohol at least 30 minutes prior to the end of your event.
